I have to admit I was skeptical. I had ordered AJ Valenci shoes before and they were cardboard-looking and appeared very cheap and they were very wide in general fit. I wanted a lace-up boot of this style and color, so I tried them. Well, these are wonderful. The fit is excellent and they look very nice. I think I am going to order another color.

I was delighted when I got this shoe. The first time I wore them I got several compliments. However, the second time I wore them the zipper seperated on one of the shoes. I had to change some appointments so that I could already be seated when others arrived. It was not a good day. I am going to have them repaired but I really think HSN should offer a partial refund to off set the cost of the repair.

This lace-up leather granny boot by AJ. Valenci has a beautiful broken-in look that looks great with anything. The grommets add an urban edge while the square toe and slightly stacked heel keeps it classy. Black, pewter or brown.
