I was excited to receive these boots. Then I opened the box, not good. They looked and felt cheap. Sent back right away.

While these boots are of nice quality leather, the style could not be more boring! The width in the calf is so wide my husband said they look Iike fireman's boots! I am an average size 12 and wear a size 10 shoe but these boots were not attractive on my legs. If you have muscular calves and need wide boots, these are for you! On the plus size, I liked the navy leather and would like to see this style updated in the navy. Maybe I would try it again.

I LIKE THIS BOOT AND THAT HEEL IS LOW. TAKES ME SOME TIME TO PULL ZIPPER UP SINCE MY CALF IS WIDE. THE STRETCH MATERIAL FOR CALF IS NOT THAT EXPANDABLE. I HAVE TO SCRUNCH THEM DOWN SOME SO MY CIRCULATION ISN'T CUT OFF. I'D LIKE TO KEEP BUT AM AFRAID ZIPPER WILL BREAK AT SOME POINT. I NEED A WIDER CALF BOOT WITH A LOW HEEL. THISE WILL BE GOING BACK.

I was excited when I ordered these boots and could not wait to get them. I liked they they were leather.

However, when I received them they looked and felt like rubber.

I got these in "chocolate" (whatever happened to calling the color brown "brown?") and they actually look like big chunks of boot-shaped fudge. The foot is bulky and has no character and the leather looks fake. They announce their cheapness when you walk in the room. No thanks!

Smooth genuine leather upper.
Banded tall shaft design. Inside zipper.
Closed, round toe. Tricot lining.
Padded insole. Textured rubber sole.
Approx. 13" shaft height with 17" opening.
Approx. 1-1/2"H stack-look heel.
5-1/2 to 10, 11, 12 Medium.
6-1/2 to 10, 11, 12 Wide.
Imported.

AJ. Valenci has expanded the perfect leather ankle boot into a taller version. You still have the same great comfort and fit that you always had before, but now, sprinkle in a little extra flair and go. Black, chocolate (brown) or navy (blue).

Heel Measurement:
The shoe heel height is measured at the inside (front) of the heel from the top to the bottom of the heel plate.

Note: "Leather" can refer to a variety of skins, including, but not limited to, cowhide, pigskin and lambskin.
