Sorry to say I had to return these shortly after I received them because they stretched out and my foot was slipping and my toes were too close to the front of the shoe for the right comfort.

got the matelic pair just before they went on sale, bad for me good for you, however, still a good buy. only one complaint, for some reason these were designed with a row of stitching that runs right under your foot. i find this a little uncomfortable but got used to it. i do not feel these are for an older person as one of the posts says, i think they would look good on any age group and at this price, iwould go for it. size 9 was a perfect fit too.
