I bought this bag in the black. Everything about the bag was perfect. It was a nice croco, larger than expected and overall a perfect purchase. Unfortunately, the first time I carried my perfect bag it dropped off of my arm and skid across the pavement of a parking lot. I had to eluctantly send it back. Please improve the hardware on the straps!

I bought this bag in the calf lather in the spring and love the style and quality. However this croco material is of far less quality. I have bought two bags in wine and both had major defects. I also bought another color and it had defects as well. Love the colors and design, but can''t justfiy the price if it is not perfect! Something must have happened in the manufacturing of this one!

If the strap clasps worked this would be my favorite bag,and I have 70 bags!As it is ,it''s unusable.It''s beatiful and the bag itself is well designed. If you guys read this and improve the strap I will buy right away and buy more for gifts!

I should have read the reviews before purchasing this hsndbag.I agree with everything everyone has said about the handle. In addition the zippers are cheaply made and don''t work properly.Too Bad--otherwise it''s a beautiful handbag but for the price it should have much better hardware.
