Love the way this bag looks in photo and hanging on my bedroom doorknob! However, found it to be more slouchy than i thought it would be and that middle interior riveted strap, while "cool", is always a real obstruction. i wanted to fit a day planner as I am not a Blackberry user, and a wallet and a host of other things that seemed to bulk up the bag, disabling the snap closure. Felt it could be 2 inches deeper. The quality is really nice-- all hardware and leather looks nice. If you need a deep bag and carry a lot of stuff this bag is not for you. Other reviewers were right.

I have been using this bag for about a month, everyday, and I find it to be extremely functional, as well as beautiful. Even without the strap, the handles fit on my shoulders(not sure if they will when i have a winter coat on, but they might), and the inside is very roomy-I can fit a lot in there. The leather on mine has worn beautifully; i got the coffee color. It is so rich looking, and i have received A LOT of compliments on it.

After 2 months of use, I am writing this review.
I love this purse, however the handles are no longer black. They are a sort of gray color--the black has faded. When I pay this much for a bag, I expect it to last. Love the style, the smell of the leather but won't buy Barr & Barr again.
For those of you who can't take a heavy bag---this bag is heavy.

This is a beautiful bag. Love the rich brown color. Love the size, the interior pockets, lining, zippered bag. And absolutely love the hardware that is not too over the top. However, when I find a bag I love this much I want it to last. I can live with a quality leather that has a well lived-in patina and understated class. But . . . this leather is starting to wrinkle, sag, and crack with just under 90 days of use. It's classy good looks are not going to hold up and that makes this bag a poor value for the price.
