This bag is beautiful in every way. I got the camel and fell in love with it. The leather is shiny and supple. The interior is just perfect. The fit (under the arm) is great, particularly because my arms are on the chunky side :-)

Loved it so much, I went back for the rose. Totally, absolutely, definitely recommend!!!

Helen does it again! This bag looks like it cost several thousand dollars. The quality and design of the leather blows the others (B. Makowsky, coach, D&B, etc.) away! For $150 bucks, it's a steal! Thank you, Helen!!!! When I buy your bags, you always exceed my expectations. Hoping wallets are coming soon! :)

This handbag is a beauty! It's a perfect color for spring. It's not a bubble gum pink but a pretty rose that is more pink than mauve. The "Scuff Marks and Wrinkles" that some mention are characteristic of the leather, which is a good thing because you won't have to be gentle with it. This bag glows! With the clearance price you can't go wrong. I received many stares today when I was out with this handbag and I felt so classy and feminine.

I fully expected to not like the Barr + Barr handbag based on all the negative remarks! The handbag is very well-constructed with attention to detail from the whipstitching of the leather seams, to the beautiful gold hardware...I have a closet full of Sharif, Carlos Falchi, Clever Carriage, and Beverly Feldman and this is crafted better in my opinion...And yes, although Barr + Barr tends to be large ~ this bag is not oversized...It's perfect!

I don't know what's wrong with these other reviewers?! I have between 200-300 bags (many costing $1000+) and another one by Barr Bella (the older name of the line)and I think this is a FABULOUS bag - just the right size, fits perfectly over the shoulder, BEAUTIFUL glazed mauve leather(love the whipstitching detail), lovely love letter lining, easy to get into, LOTS of pockets - true quality through and through. I truly am shocked by the negative comments. Helen Barr makes truly quality bags!
