Same problems / Patti, PA4/14/2008 I, too, am returning these. I sized down but they were still too wide. You really can''t adjust them as the ties are thin and would have to go to a shoemaker for repairs so it is not worth it. Disappointing as these were cute shoes. I would buy next year if they improve the quality.
Sporty Clogs / pc, IN3/28/2008 I love these clogs! They are very nice. I do not plan on tightening up the ties. From what the others have said about them I don''t want to take the chance.Hopeflly they will not break.
Bad Strings.....................3/19/2008 Yes, my strings broke too -- and I ordered both colors. These are adorable shoes and hate that I am going to have to find a shoe-smith to fix the laces but I have to keep these. I do believe that with all the problems that HSN or Betula should offer some kind of rebate for those of us who have had the broken lace experience -- for a shoe at nearly $100 total -- definitely should be able to wear more than twice.

This design is so adorable and really wanted to keep
them but 1st pr. I had to return because they run
large and wide...2nd pr. I had to return because the
strings broke just trying them on. Couldn''t keep
them but wanted to.
I hope they re-design these.
DISAPPOINTING AND WILL COST YOU TO RETURN2/24/2008 I WISH I HAD LISTENED TO THE OTHER REVIEWS. THE SHOE WAS CUTE BUT VERY CHEAPLY MADE. WAY TO WIDE FOR AN AVERAGE FOOT AND THE TIE ON THE SHOE VERY THIN. SORRY HAD TO RETURN VERY DISAPPOINTING.
