Patchwork pieces7/8/2008 are too small for this big a bag. It looks like they took scraps leftover from the other bag designs from this line (which they did, as we''ve seen those the designs from squares online here before) and just made a bag out of them as a way to use them all! For a bag this size, larger patchwork squares would look more elegant. A matter of taste perhaps, but I thought an originally $600 bag would have more to offer than leather fragments not used elsewhere.
Handbag Heaven! / Joanne, NY2/13/2008 Bought 3 "B" bags of late. I have this bag in bronze, bought another large solid bronze bag, & a suede one w/beaded ornamentation. The two bronze bags are marked inside "Made in Italy." The black suede has a hangtag that says "made in China" which is perplexing. I love them all. This particular bag is large,not huge. I almost didn''t consider buying it b/c the picture looked blah. The video was better, and ''in person'' moreso. All bags are lightweight.
