J for one love this handbag...i got the mustard which is more like a cagac which i love! It has plenty of room for all my things...I havent used the reverse side yet...so i keep the straps tied....i usually wear it over the shoulder whhich is really comfortable for me but can use the braided straps when i want to as well... i have 3 Chi bags and love the quality! thanks Carlos and H.S,N,!

I really liked the bag but did not like the part where you could reverse it. The straps kept getting in the way. It would be nice if the purse could also be a little smaller - not all of us want a BIG bag.

It seemed like a great idea but I have to agree with the last review.....I would rather it not be reversible, I would have kept it! The inside shows, no matter how well you try hide the revervse side of the bag. Too much trouble to keep tucking it in everytime you go into the bag. Sorry, not for me.

would love this bag is it were not reversible....when you turn to black bag, the purple handles get in the road when you get into the bag.....I'm so disappointed
