Very well made. For me, this is a real work-horse type of messenger handbag which also happens to be beautiful & designer with multi-functions because it can also fold over. I'll be using it to carry laptop & court documents. I got it in brown & love the leather. Very pleased.

I am very pleased with this bag. The color, materials, shape and look are very classy. I was hesitant to order the bag because of the price, but am glad I did. I use the bag for work purposes, not a daily purse.

I have purchased handbags that cover the spectrum - very expensive to bargains found on HSN. I have never been tempted to buy Chi because I love clean lines, simple leathers, and am not a print person. I saw this bag in one of the fall fashion ads and knew I had to have it. It is spectacular! I get compliments and questions about where I got it every time I wear it. How about a large slouchy hobo made with the same materials? I'm also a platinum, sterling, white gold girl so it would help if we had a choice in the hardware.

I bought the black bag and it fits great. The material is smooth and the liner seems durable. It is a large size tote that hits below my hip (i'm 5'7). I do agree with the other reviewer in that the hardware is large and makes a clinking sound when using the 2 handle straps. Also the organizing pockets are unreasonable in size. The cell phone holder barely fits my iphone. Other than these 2 irritation, I love this bag. I have received many compliments. I recommend this bag to anyone.
