I previously wrote a review for this but it was applied to the wrong bad. The satchel was fabulous. This bag looks like plastic. Doesn't sit well on the shoulder. I love Chi bags, most are quality, this was not! Please CHI design a bag for us 5.0 ft pet ite people.

I just received this tote in gray and it is so cheap looking. It looks like vinyl. Definitely not worth the money, therefore, it went back immediately.

I was hoping that this would be my tote bag for the winter but, upon review, it will be going back. While the interior size is wonderful, and the tote is a nice feature, the straps are too skinny. I am afraid that, once I put a few items in it (wallet, accessories, umbrella, calendar/notebook) the straps would be cutting into my shoulder.

ordered this bag few weeks ago - was a little disappointed - really plain - but after ordering 2 coats and boots today (from falchi) decided to keep because the coats are so beautiful - don't want anything interferring with the "wow" coats just ordered.
