Great purse, wish it was a little smaller. I haven't had any problems with the zippers.
Pretty color will keep. Strap could be a little longer.I will keep, like the way it's organized and the design.

I got this bag in the orange color before it sold out. It is a gorgeous bag and the leather is so soft to touch. I love the lining in this bag and it holds alot and very comfortable on the shoulder. I receive alot of nice comments on this bag and where did you get it. As always, HSN I tell them. It is a keeper!!!

My hot pink bag arrived damaged and the lining was not even finished on the bottom -- it wasn't sewn together so the entire bottom of the lining was open. The inside zipper pocket had no pull tab on it so I couldn't even open it and the zipper itself was broken -- the teeth were not connecting. Yes, the color is beautiful and the leather is creamy soft, but very poor quality craftsmanship on this bag. HSN, what happened to quality control? This is the 2nd Chi bag I've returned due to lining problems. Won't be buying any more in the future.

This bag is - in a word - lucious! It's soft. It's elegant. It's obviously designer. It's everything a woman might want in a bag . . . with one tiny exception. It's just a little bit big. But hey! That's still better than a little bit small. If you just love elegance, this is the bag for you.
