I have owned Earth footwear since the 70's. I know what to expect. This shoe did not meet my expectations. I walk 40 minutes a day to & from work. (total round trip) I pound the pavement. These do NOT offer enough support between my feet & the street. They lack "cushioning". The sidewalk feels like it is flush against my footbed. My other pairs of Earth are heavenly. Not these. Not enough support. Feet meet street? No thanks.

I tired to make these shoes work for me but they keep rubbing the back of my heal and I have sores on both of them. Other than that they were comfortable.

I have severe arthritus in my knees and for the past few months have not been able to take my dogs for a walk. I got these shoes the other day and decided to walk the dogs with them on. I haven't walked that far in months! They are so comfortable and not only does my back feel great , but I had no knee pain at all. And they are cute shoes as well. I will buy some more Earth shoes soon.. I just love them!

Pro: Very comfortable shoes.

Con: I've worn them several times over a 3wk
period and they are fraying. So I am returning and will not purchase this type of material anymore.
