this bag was the second bag due to the fact that the first bag began to fall apart at the handles. i only had the bag for a month and a half and it began to tear where the handle connects to the bag. i called customer service and at first i was told that they couldn't do anything for me because it was past 30 days. after commenting that for the price of the bag it should've lasted longer than it did and that i no longer would purchase anything from HSN again i was transferred to a supervisor who approved a replacement bag. i think that the quality control people should test things alittle bit better before they charge such high prices for low quality bags. truth be told if i could've gotten a refund i would've instead of an exchange.

I've been looking for a turquoise bag for awhile. I saw this one and decide to order it and I'm so glad I did. It is just the right size, comfortable to carry and the color is perfect. Can't say enough about how pleased I am with this bag.

I like everything about the bag except the one snap at the top. A hobo bag needs a top zipper to keep the top of the bag symmetrical. No matter what I do or what I put in the bag, the top buckles unevenly. I've tried everything to no avail, so -- sadly -- I'm returning it.

I opened the box and picked up the bag and to my suprise it is beautiful. I love it. I bought the Fuschia one and it is so sexy. If you are on the fence go for it.
