i''ve not even had this bag for 2 months and the stitching on both handles is coming out and multi-colored threads are gaping through. this is really diappointing, as the bag is beautiful. what''s more disappointing is that, because the 30 day limit has expired, hsn refuses to exchange the bag for another. i feel that this bag may just be defective and wanted to give another a go. i am appalled and angered by hsn''s refusal to stand behind this product and their lack of customer service.

Bought this in yellow, 100% satisfied. Comparable to my leather bags I bought in Florence, Italy but at a steal of a price! Thanks HSN for this great offer!

Beautiful Bag

I was lucky enough to scoop up the yellow and it is beautiful. The color is sunny and fresh and the bag is very well made. The lining is similiar to Michael Kors. The leather is beautiful and there is a huge difference between real patent and faux.
