Ive seen some reviews on here concerning the fit of this hood. If your looking for a loose hood (like a sweatshirt hood would fit) then you dont want this and the wind proof feature would be pretty useless in my opinion. These are for warmth and not for fashion I would say. If your worried about what your hair is going to look like this is not the hood for you.

These hoods do fit pretty snug but not so much that its strangling or really tight. It fits enough to where you have a little room by your head but it moves with you when you turn your head, there is room in there but not much.

The neck area of the hood is roomy and the strings help to customize the fit there. I bought this for my husband because he works outside all winter and he needed something that wouldnt be in his way but would still keep him warm at the same time. Because of the semi snug fit This will do the trick.

i got this for my husband just in time for the first cold and windy day that we've had this year.he operates heavy machinery and when he came in from work that day.he told me,he said baby this thing is right on time,and he wished he had this a long time ago.he loved it.
