HAD TO RETURN TWICE2/26/2008 I RECEIVED MY FIRST BAG THE CARPET TORE APART FROM THE ZIPPER PART OF THE BAG. HOWEVER I LIKED THE LOOK OF THE BAG SO I ASKED FOR IT TO BE REPLACED. THE INSIDE CELL CARRIER RIPPPED AFTER USING THE BAG TWO TIMES AND THE LEATHER PIPING ON THE BOTTOM OF THE BAG HAD THE WHITE INSIDE PART SHOWING THROUGH. I RETURNED AND ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK ----DON''T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY. I BUY ON THE AVERAGE SIX ITEMS A WEEK FROM HSN THANKS
