I couldn't figure out how the belt works! Scary but true! I purchased this on clearance so it's not worth returning (because of shipping costs)...

I bought my belt when it was first aired in Aug. First time
I attempted to wear it broke. Called customer service to see
if they would exchange it and they said "NO" it was passed the
return date. I am more disappointed in HSN and this policy.
If this belt would have been bought at Macy's or Saks they would
take it back/exchange it no questions asked. I will think very
hard before I buy anything from HSN again.

I bought this on clearance for 19.95 I can honestly say that it's the pits. Worst thing of Loulou's I've ever purchased. I usually love her stuff. It came broken, so I had someone resodder it together for me because the concept of the belt was very intrigueing. It didn't even stay together after that. HSN needs better quality control.

I did not wear this as soon as it arrived...big mistake...the first time I attached the buckle the metal broke making it totally unusable. Stupid me...I bought 2 of different colors. I totally wasted my hard earned money. They weren't inexpensive. To late to send back now.

I ordered a 1X which ran small..I then returned it for an exchange to 2X..the 2X fit, but the buckle (sodered) was BROKEN.!
think this was a great design, but not worth all this trouble. I now see many others have had the same experience. This is too bad.
