Stiff handles / Deni, NY

I liked the size and the look so much it almost made me overlook the stiff handles. The bag look, execution and construction was very good but the handles seemed like an afterthought. Not that they were horrible looking but the feel when hanging from your shoulder or your hand did not allow the bag to swing freely. This was returned but I would definately consider repurchasing at a lower price.

I ordered and received both the black and the red. I felt confident, as I have a few of Marc Chantal''s handbags, and they are attractive and sturdy. These 2 are a far cry from the quality I expected. The straps were cheap and flimsy, and what is the purpose of the flap??? There is no magnet to hold it in place, and I had visions of it catching on everything. Sorry, this is a pretty bag, but it needs some serious re-designing... Back they went..

I bought this prior to the picture being shown on line. The description sounded good, but the product does not look rich. The handles are stiff and although the red color is great, the gold and rhinestone bling is a little too much for my liking. The size is good for someone that wants a medium bag.
