The leather looks and feels plastic, I have a couple of Michael Rome bags that I am a bit more fond of, this just looks like plastic, I am sure it will soften up over time. It looks like I got it at a store that begins with W and ends with a T. It's not worth the 100.00 I am paying for it, so I think that this one goes back.

I really like this bag. I have a similar one that I purchased in Florence last year in a beautiful rich chocolate brown. While I only paid $59 US in Italy, this bag is still a good price, since I don't have to fly to Italy to get it!

I love the functionality of the pockets! My only gripe is that the strap is not long enough. It always seems that the really nice size hobo bags always run short in the strap department. Michael, please work on this. Otherwise keep up the good work.

Although bag is great quality the strap like some of Michael Rome bags is not long enough. Great style but falls short in the handle department. If you dont mind shorter strap it is a great buy. Sadly return the black and brown I purchased. Would buy it straps were longer.
