This is a beautiful, structured, classy hand bag! It's very roomy but not oversized. Can be dressy or casual. It's difficult to believe that a 'SLEEPER/DUST BAG' was not included. I keep my handbags in the 'sleepers' and can identify them easier, plus it protects the handbag! Michael Rome...let's get with it!

I've been looking for a basic, timeless, classic black satchel for a while. I wanted it to be ALL quality leather and quality workmanship.
I've been ordering Sharif bags even though some of them are NOT all leather but have stand out in crowd style. I really looked forward to receiving my first Michael Rome bag. I was sooooo disappointed!!!!!

The handles had some odd stitching 3/4 of the way down the barrel straps. The leather holding the straps to the bag was sharp and rough. I have not found any other brand that has a similar black croco-embossed LEATHER satchel like this one.
In the past I've read other bad reviews on HSN items that I had a positive experience with. I do realize that sometimes there are a few "bad" items in a batch of thousands. I'm debating whether I will re-order this bag or try a completely different style or brand of bag. Maybe Barr & Barr.

Just arrived, and I am already filling it up. The leather has softness with form, which to me means I can carry a little or a lot and my bag will look the same. It starts out so light, I was so surprised, in a great way... This bag is reeady for jeans or the board room you choose, enjoy I know I will!
