The color, design, and size meet my expectation. However, the pull to open the main section of bag is so stiff that it sticks out. Also, the little leather strings on both sides of the bag are very stiff and do hang naturally. Rather they stick out. The texture of the bag is very hard. I am wondering if this will soften overtime. All said, I plan to return the item even though the sale price was good.
AS usual HSN is so reliable and the service is the best in the online shopping business.

This was a GREAT bag! I have to carry quite a large amount of things due to 3 disabled adults in my home and caring for our 3-1/2 year old granddaughter during the week. It wasn't as large as I thought it would be. HOWEVER!!! It is well made!!! If you don't have to carry a lot, then you cannot go wrong with this beautiful purse. I got the green and I'm green with envy for those that get to keep theirs! The only suggestion I would make is to have either a large pocket on the front of the purse or side pockets (the front pocket would've been great for keys, cellphone, etc.); however, that would not have kept me from keeping it if the size would've worked for me. I'm just sick it didn't work for me. Will definitely look for other Michael Rome purses!!!

This is an awesome purse. It is light weight, and just the right size for all of my things. I do not have to search for things in this purse. I just reach my hand inside and pull out what I need. I bought the green and it matches everything. I wish I could find a wallet to match. This is the best purse that I have bought in a a very long time.

I ordered bag in avocado and although the size and feel was wonderful, I didn't particularly like the lighter green, would have preferred more intense color. If you like a lighter green, you could not go wrong with this bag. Structure, embossing and size are great, just wish there were more colors available when I ordered. Michael Rome bags are great bags.
