A lot of people dont realize you have to unzip the bootie part in the back of the shoe and you'll foot will slip in the boot( even when you are wearing the tall boot unzip the back of the bootie). At first it is weird because you like whatz wrong with these boots but if you unzip the back of the bootie it will work. The shoes are expensive looking and very sharp. They are comfortable and made well.

The boots look great on, and they are very stylish, but they are, also, very hard and difficult to work with. The zipper is almost impossible to unzip. Faee

I had to send these back, they were pretty but soo very hard to unzip and zip back and not very wide my toes were squashed.. I really wanted them to work..

These boots are really pretty. I liked the option of having a tall boot or a shootie. However, the size 11 just would not allow my foot in, so I don't know if the sizes run small or if I need a bigger size. My suggestion--Miss Tina please consider making size 12's - I bought two pair but had to return them both!!

I can not believe that HSN would promote items that are not wearable and defective. It was represented one way and in fact is just the opposite.
In todays economy people should be protected from spending money on items that with good intent of receiving quality goods is not is as it seems.
Shame on Miss Tina and HSN

Removable shaft with zip closure.
Snap tab detail. Elastic gore insert at calf. Closed, round toe.
Tricot and manmade lining. Padded insole. Textured manmade sole.
Approx. 2-1/2"H stacked heel.
Approx. 14"H shaft with a 17"W leg opening (stretches to 19"W).
Genuine leather and manmade upper; manmade balance.
