LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these boots. I have a high arch and I was able to slide these boots right on. No break in period needed. So comfortable, did I mention that I LOVE these boots....

These boots are great. I bought them in brown and I've been wearing them with my jeans and dresses. They run a little bit big, but I wear them with socks and they feel great! The leather is so soft, I didn't have to break them in or anything. Just took 'em out the box and I've been wearing the everyday since.
Thanks to the wonderful flexpay plan, I will be getting them in black too!

i finally got these boots and they were perfect. i am usually between a seven and eight. i tried the seven 1/2 , i should have got the seven, a bit too loose. they are comfortable and really do look good with any pair of jeans. the leather is soft, and the saddle color are very unique looking. received many compliments. looking forward to my next pair of sam edelman shoes.

I got these boots and wore them a few times before I wrote this review. I love them! The leather is soft, and the color is perfect for any kind of pants. I particularly like the fact that they are mid shaft and do not go all the way up the leg. It makes it so comfortable. The workmanship is superb and I know I will get years of use out of them.

I hate to give something negative reviews because they are not my fit, so I will stick with 4 stars because these boots are so well made. PLEASE make these boots with a wider toe area (more of a square round, I would buy both colors). I do not have a wide foot and these are too tight at the top, so much so that my heel pops out of the footbed every time I walk/move my foot. I also agree that they are a little tough to get on, but I could overlook that part, but not the slim narrow top part of the boot. The leather is FABULOUS!

Distressed, worn leather upper. Ornamental perforations.
Closed oval toe. Vamp fitting stitch.
Mid-calf shaft. Vents. Pull-on style.
Plush fabric lining. Tonal manmade sock liner.
Padded insole. Textured rubber sole.
Approx. 1"H distressed, stacked chunky heel.
Approx. 9"H shaft height with 14-1/2" opening.
Leather upper; balance manmade.
6,6-1/2 to 10.
