LOVE THIS BAG! / Kim, NM3/25/2008 I''m so surprised at the other reviews of this bag--I LOVE mine! It didn''t smell at all (except of leather), the design is SO high-end, and the size is perfect. I had wanted a designer bag similar to this but many, many thousands. I''m a VERY satisfied customer--and also a very picky handbag person.
So disappointed!3/18/2008 Completely agree with 2 other reviews. The smell is horrible, I just hate how the stripes of leather on the handles are sticking out at the end, very chip design. But in addition, on my bad the pieces of the ‘braided’ leather were sticking out in the middle of the handle, and that’s right out of the package, on the brand new product! Also, the handles make this terrible squeaking noise, just like the shoes sometimes do. I am returning the bag!
SMELLS BAD!!!!!!! / Aishah, PA3/11/2008 I ordered this bag in black and I had to send it right back. The bag smells horrible!!!! There were obvious flaws in the leather that should not have been missed. The design and details are on the couture side but the leather smells cheap.
AWFUL3/6/2008 This bag is truly too huge - and I love large bags. Also the detailing is not sufficient to warrant the price, especially the little "wings" on the end of each side of the handle. What''s up with that? But I''m returning it because it smells so horrible, I had to leave the room after opening it. I thought if I aired it out a while it would get better, but it didn''t until I repacked it for return.
