Very disappointed / Cathy, CA7/21/2008 Love the other W/D large hobo I bought a couple years ago. But after the 3rd time I carried this bag it started to come unsewn at top near the strap. Loved the purse but had to send it back for refund.
Beautiful Bag5/28/2008 This is a beautiful bag for both day and night! Very happy with it. I wish WD was still made in the USA though. The vintage purses are so well made they can be handed down through generations. This Chinese-made bag looks pretty sturdy, however, and I am hoping it holds up as well as my older Whiting & Davis handbags.
Pretty - But not a keeper! / LuvBrandywine, CA5/26/2008 I had a heck of a time ordering this bag. First I was told the matching wallet I ordered may/may not ship. Then I ordered the fushia wallet just in case, but it didn''t look good with it. But, when I finally rec''d the bag the zipper was stuck. It was sent that way. I worked in the apparel industry for over 20 years, believe me, they need to work on Q.C. This is the 3rd W & D bag I''ve rec''d with something wrong with it. Loved the colors, but decided against replacing it.
NOT SO HOT! / Mary, KY5/24/2008 Received this bag earlier this week. Took it to work with me on Friday and by Friday afternoon one of the little round metal do-hicky''s has already fallen off.
Not user friendly either, hard to find things as they all fall to the bottom and since it has no support structure I felt I couldn''t just lay it down just anywhere.
Also the strap needs to have a longer drop.
