I usually wear an 8 - 8 1/2 medium width - depends on the brand. I find cowboy boots run slightly on the narrow side, so I was thrilled that these boots came in a wide width. I was so excited when they arrived - tried them on right away, hoping they wouldn't be to wide. I was very disappointed to find they were so narrow, I thought I was sent the wrong size. I was also disappointed with customer service. No packing slip was included and HSN refused to handle the return. Although I ordered from HSN - I was told I had to return them though Shoebuy because they shipped the boots direct. It was very difficult to reach Shoebuy and I spent a lot of time on the telephone. Very, very disappointed. Now I have to figure out how to get a refund! Won't do this again!!
